The downside of this phone is that most of the video and MP3 features require subscription and/or cost money to download files. Otherwise, this is a great phone with solid performance.

The LG V8300 is a well-designed and high-performing EV-DO phone for Verizon Wireless.

Consumers with deep pockets who are ready to rock ‘n’ roll will find the VX8300 to be an excellent choice. On the other hand, standalone devices such as the video iPod can deliver similar, or even superior, multimedia capabilities without breaking anyone’s bank account.

The VX8300 is a good V CAST phone, but we prefer the Samsung SCH-A930, which packs nearly all of the same features into a more stylish design.
